​ ​ Position Title: Vice President Marketing CE Position Type: Regular - Full-Time ​ Position Location: VilleneuvedAscq 2020 Requisition ID: 29558 ​ We are looking for our new Vice President Marketing CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X working from our European headquarter in Villeneuve D’Ascq. You are responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brands growth and maximize revenue opportunities in Continental Europe across all our product categories (Potato/Appetizers/Snacking), channels (Retail/Food Service/Quick Service Restaurants [QSR]) and markets. The VP Marketing CE collaborates closely with Global marketing and CE leadership teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with our company's goals and objectives and to create leading brands & experiences that consumers and customers crave. As the VP Marketing CE, you are responsible for managing a team of 6 direct reports and overseeing a team of 70 talented marketing professionals in delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions. Key responsibilities: You develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive category growth, brand awareness and customer/consumer acquisition. You lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. You oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising. You manage innovation strategy and new product development plans in partnership with the VP R&D balancing regional bets with global platforms. You collaborate with VP Sales and Global to define regional big bets and align annual commercial plans by channel. You are accountable for aligning and monitoring the marketing budget. You analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. You monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI. You stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective. You take active part to the Global Marketing Community with strong interactions with the Global Head of Innovation and Marketing. Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. You have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. You have strong leadership and team management skills. You have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver impactful marketing solutions. You have experience working in global and matrixed environments. Things to remember: 1.
