Responsabilités et missions Au sein du département Achats et Qualité Fournisseur de la division Instruments et sous la responsabilité du Responsable des Achats, votre mission est d’assurer le développement des fournisseurs clés de la division, en collaboration avec les acheteurs familles et projets, d’être force de proposition avec la R&D pour assurer la fabricabilité et l’industrialisation des composants développés, tout en construisant une stratégie de contrôle adaptée et optimisée. Nature du travail : L’ingénieur qualité fournisseurs aura la charge du développement et suivi des fournisseurs segmentés par famille « technologiques » en fonction de ses compétences techniques (ie Cartes électroniques, Mécanique…). Dans ce cadre, il devra s’assurer de : Assurer l’adéquation technique et qualité entre l’expression de besoin interne et le fournisseur (et procédé de fabrications) retenu, Etre force de proposition et de challenge pour les différents clients internes (s’assurer que les nouvelles pièces sortant du bureau d’étude soient bien contrôlables et fabricables), Etre garant de la validation et la qualification des différentes pièces et/ou fournisseurs de son périmètre Réaliser les audits de qualification des nouveaux fournisseurs Analyser et optimiser les contrôles mis en place, en interne comme chez nos fournisseurs Suivi des indicateurs Qualité Fournisseurs Mise en place des actions d’améliorations de la performance fournisseur (d’un point de vu qualité) Participer à la veille technologique, avec les équipes Achats et R&D Supporter les acheteurs projet lors des phases de développement et d’industrialisation Profile : Une personne de formation ingénieur (industrie, mécanique, éléctronique …), complétée par une formation Qualité, et bénéficiant d'une expérience de 7 ans minimum, dans une fonction qualité. Personne bénéficiant de connaissances technique sur les procédés de fabrication d’à minima une des catégories suivantes (Mécanique, électronique, Optique, Plasturgie). Personne ayant l’habitude de travailler avec des fournisseurs. Vous maîtrisez pleinement l’analyse et la gestion des risques et parlez couramment l'anglais. Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre esprit de synthèse et vous êtes identifié comme un facilitateur orienté résultats. L’environnement industriel et optique en particulier est un domaine de réel intérêt pour vous. Autonomie, pragmatisme et esprit d’équipe sont également des aptitudes indispensables à la tenue de ce poste. Responsibilities and missions: Within the Purchasing and Supplier Quality department of the Instruments division and under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, your mission is to: -ensure the development of the division's key suppliers (improving supplier quality performance), -challenge the R&D team (in collaboration with family and project buyers) to ensure the manufacturability and industrialization of the components developed, -building an adapted and optimized control strategy Main Roles: The supplier quality engineer will be in charge of the development and follow-up of his suppliers (segmented by "technological" family) according to his technical skills (ie PCBA, Mechanics ...). In this context, it must ensure: For each new part designed by the engineering team, to ensure that the manufacturing process defined and the supplier awarded are appropriates. To challenge the design of our new parts (to ensure that new parts are controllable and maunfacturable), To guarantee the validation and qualification of the various parts and / or suppliers of its scope To carry out qualification audits of new suppliers To analyze and optimize quality controls (internal control and suppliers control) To monitor supplier quality indicators To implement supplier performance improvement plans (from a quality point of view) To participate in the technology monitoring (with the sourcing & R&D team) To provide a support to the sourcing team during the development and industrialization phases (managing technical discussions with suppliers). Profile: A master degree from an engineering school (industry, mechanics, electronics ...) with a quality specialization. Minimum 7 years’ experience of working in quality assurance. Person with technical knowledge of the manufacturing processes of at least one of the following processes (mechanical, electronic, optics, plastics). Experience of dealing with suppliers. Able to perform risk analysis and to build a risk mitigation plan. Fluent in English. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to synthesize and you are identified as a results-oriented facilitator. The industrial environment is an area of real interest for you. Autonomy, pragmatism and team spirit are also essential skills for this position. #LI-PM1
