STAGE/INTERNSHIP GLOBAL INFLUENCER MARKETING ASSISTANT – Hugo Boss 6 months starting July 2024 COTY is looking for its next Global Influencer Marketing Assistant to join the fantastic Global team of Hugo Boss Parfums. RESPONSIBILITIES As the Global Influencer Marketing Assistant , your role is to support the PR & IM team in building and coordinating the PR & Influence strategies for Hugo Boss fragrances worldwide. This role supports the team in building the earned marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and visibility worldwide on Hugo Boss. The intern will also help lead local implementation of PR/IM strategies, working closely with the markets to strengthen the relationships. Your main focus: INFLUENCE MARKETING Regular competitive monitoring in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors Assistance in developing global influencer strategies and activations meeting local needs Management of influencer databases/profile searches through Traackr, Tagger platforms Help in designing creative initiatives targeting influencers Analysis of results based on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) PRESS Assistance in developing communication tools (press kit, press releases, webmailing) Compilation of press reviews EVENT Assistance in executing international events: participation in agency briefings, coordination with markets, project management Coordination of local events COORDINATION Coordination of external service providers (PR agencies, creative agencies, freelancers, suppliers, etc.) Monitoring each launch: operational follow-up on organization (logistics, orders, etc.), coordination with markets Working for Coty means working for one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care . This role requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & Digital teams, DTC teams on top of key license contacts. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to create, think of innovative ways and exchange ideas in a challenging but caring environment. As an experienced Global Influencer Marketing Assistant, you love switching among projects and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are/have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Powerpoint & Excel) Great aesthetics & analytical skills (post-campaign reporting) Creative, digital/social media savvy talent Both proactive and reactive, An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory. Qualifications Available 6 months starting July 2024 Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate) in Marketing, Communication, or Luxury management – Communication schools too.
