Stage/Internship Assistant Education Project Manager July 2024 RESPONSIBILITIES As our International Education Project Assistan t, your main focus is assisting the Fragrance Education Senior Project Manager with planning and developing the training tools across the prestige fragrance portfolio. Your main role will be to help with global market coordination, project follow up and communication. Your main focus: Design branded training tools with the Education Senior Project Manager for each launch and for global tools Participate in fragrance mobile learnings development for the Beauty Advisor mobile app Update of existing tools Direct contact and collaborate with the internal and external working partners. Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, global seminars, virtual trainings) Working for Coty means being fearlessly kind in everything we do so we can work together with our people, partners and customers to make over the world of beauty. You will work closely together with several departments such as global marketing teams and local education teams. Other than that, You are a Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university. You are Fluent in English communication – both verbal & written You are creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility. You are autonomous and organized in a fast-paced work environment. A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus.
