SENIOR MANAGER FRAGRANCE COTY, CDI H/F We’re looking for a Senior Fragrance Manager to join our Olfactory Studio team. This is newly created role that will see you developing winning fragrances for all Coty Luxury brands and bringing bold ideas to life. Reporting to a Fragrance Design Director, you will get to work across many different categories, develop fragrances in different olfactory registers for specific targets and countries, driving brand DNA and success on the market. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Senior Manager Fragrance, you will be responsible of : Developing fragrances for the brands you are in charge, ensuring brands olfactory signatures and meeting the objectives of needed performance Defining a specific olfactory strategy for each brand Driving creation and innovation with the fragrance houses Optimizing ways of working, processes, methodologies across departments (marketing, labs, CMI, procurement, fashion houses..)
