You will be working within our PBS « Packaged Based Solutions» practice who gather our activities around ERP, PLM and EAM solution. With more than 1600 people in France and 500 in India dedicated, our teams work aside our key clients on major business and IT transformation program. Within our SAP Service Line, you will support digital transformation of a major Aircraft manufacturer in France to satisfy complex business process performance and optimization around SAP solutions (S/4 HANA, S/4 Cloud, ECC, MM, SD, FI CO, …). Vos missions As Program Director, you will be asked to take the responsibility from an SAP Engagement from the sales and shaping phases to delivery execution. You will be the entrepreneur who will build the needed team, driving the client, obtain Capgemini organization support to ensure: A Wining Business Development approach , expanding Capgemini’s client footprint by identifying and anticipating business opportunities working on client satisfaction, farming and scope extension actions. A Successful delivery , managing contract execution including scope, governance, planning, progress, estimate to complete, risks and actions. The A Team , providing sense to the assignment, to their performance, helping them to grow and build their trajectory within the group. The best Financial Performance , using all the optimization levers while ensuring client satisfaction. Votre challenge You will the leader able to: Build a vision in helping the client to transform themselves. Be responsible for the MU engagement performance on their engagements. Support the engagement and its development , including the tough time. Develop a winning relation with our clients and all Capgemini strength. Survive in complex and uncertain context . Responsible for stakeholder's management. Stand your convictions , carry needed and difficult messages. Keen of team working, promoting and managing diversity. Creative and innovation oriented. Fluent English (C1 min), French more than welcome.
