We just raised €18 million with Statkraft Ventures and our historical investors Promus Ventures, 360 Capital, 50 Partners and Techstars, to give even more visibility to worldwide transport actors. 🚀As a Data Quality Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our customers & partners data.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (i.e., delivery, integration, CSM, etc.) to implement data quality best practices and drive improvements in partners’ processes. Your main objectives are: Drive & guarantee data quality pre requisites are met by customers & partners involved. Guarantee 0 churn. Your Missions : Regularly monitor & clean inbound data and leverage our internal KPIs to ensure a total tracking of the scope versus. customers’ expectations. Support CSM to animate customers and partners (ex: freight forwarders, road carriers, etc.) to enhance data quality and reach our 100% target over data quality. Work closely with internal teams to improve data quality processes and reporting. Collaborate with integration team to implement automation and efficiency improvements. Act as a point of contact for data-related queries within the Customer Excellence Team. Work closely with the Customer Excellence team to find solution to better empower and onboard our customers as well as partners to use our reporting and animate autonomously the data quality processes. Ideal Profile : Between 1 to 2 years of experience. Analytics capabilities & familiarity with data quality tools and methodologies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in a customer care or data management role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Fluent English is a must have.
