Position Title: Manager Compliance CE & MENA Position Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: VilleneuvedAscq 2020 Grade: Grade 06 Requisition ID: 29141 We are looking for our new Manager Compliance and Treasury CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X . With the support of Accounting Managers, you will lead the compliance and treasury items, and you are responsible for adequate and timely deliverables for the operating legal entities within CE and the Middle East / North Africa (MENA). You report to the Director of Accounting for Continental Europe. And will indirectly manage people. This is a CE role, and your main office will be in one of our locations in this region. The CE / MENA region includes approximately 20 operating companies for IFRS McCain reporting and an additional 10 non-operating companies for statutory reporting. Key responsibilities : You coordinate with, and are the contact person for the other departments, the broader CE Finance teams, the shared service centers in India and Poland and Global departments like Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury and Governance and Risk. Treasury: you will carry the responsibilities for the treasury forecast cycles by collecting data, accurate and timely reporting, analyzing differences and taking clear actions to further finetune the processes and data. Treasury cycles include the Treasury center (Eurocenter) activities as processes within the region (forecasting cash and cash cycle sheet positions, specific items). Compliance: you will carry the responsibilities for coordinating, actioning and following-up to internal audits, external audits, user access, approval limits, policy adherence, mitigating controls and other compliance items. It includes reporting on compliance items. Qualifications: You have a thorough knowledge of accounting / working capital cycles and internal controls and have around 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in compliance and treasury functions. You have a high level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts. You have a good understanding of SAP(-ECC is a plus), financial reporting systems, procedures, and controls. You can work collaboratively across functions and departments, with an ability to lead through influence. You are a results-oriented individual with a bias to action and a continuous improvement mindset. You are an excellent communicator (both oral and written), with a professional level of English and confident in English communication. You have a strong attention to detail in all areas of work. You are naturally digitally curious and experience in financial planning and analysis is a plus. Things to remember: This role is based in one of our regional offices in Continental Europe.
