In the frame of a position creation, you will join the Global Ethics and Compliance Department, apart of the Global Legal Department, reporting to the Global Ethics & Compliance Director. You will be in charge of Duty of vigilance topics (design and deployment of dedicated actions plans) capitalizing on the existing related internal initiatives on these topics and in close collaboration with Sephora’s Legal, Purpose, HR, Sourcing, and internal audit teams. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Formalize Duty of Vigilance compliance governance and design relevant actions plans. Update risks mapping and formalizing the vigilance plan. Developing tools and methodologies related to the duty of vigilance (processes, policies). Monitor the deployment of the vigilance plan, which applies to all entities, in France and internationally / support entities and internal contributors in the vigilance process, assist in the implementation of risk management action plans. Interface with internal corporate stakeholders and contributors. Raise awareness of due diligence requirements. Interact with LVMH & Maisons compliance teams. Put in place appropriate reportings. Monitor regulations and anticipate future regulatory requirements (“legal watch” on this topic or connected to). Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … At least 8 years of experience within multinational company E&C departments Master’s degree in law (Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Ethics and compliance, Human Rights Already familiar with Human rights and Duty of Care program implementation (and CSRD, CS3D) Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in French and English (an additional language will have an added value) Ability to work in cross cultural environment Skills to handle global projects (previous experience in implementing global project will be appreciated) and to deliver within given deadlines “Team player” within an international environment, while being autonomous and rigorous Ability to work in a dynamic and disruptive environment Position based in Neuilly sur Seine (92) While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy… The people.
