You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Program design on: Haircare Fragrance Haircare and Fragrance in-store services (digital and non-digital) Haircare and Fragrance Omnichannel client tools & services And any new and upcoming categories, selling, and application techniques for the cross-category Working together with the marketing-related SU pool on new launches, categories/ services Driving the Axes communities with/ for countries: Countries' Expert coordination Defining & Communicating Animating the communities between 2 rounds via WhatsApp/emails Following up on the criteria used in the countries defined by SU EME Creating and following up on the structure of local training rounds – defined by SU EME Beauty Masters Haircare and Fragrance communities’ development & promotion/communication around this EME program. Organization of the physical round of EME Beauty Masters and coordination of all axes (skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance).
