Located in: Paris, Saint-Ouen-sur-seine, France OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION: We are looking for an apprentice for our Ethics & Compliance department. Your objectives will be to assist the Competition Law Team on some projects related to management of the competition law risk. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION: You will be in charge of the following missions: Monitoring implementation of the processes in place to mitigate competition law risk (reminders, follow up, monitoring of the safeguard measures put in place) ; Supporting Competition Law Director for complying with all antitrust regulations (Merger Control regulations, Foreign Subsidies Regulation etc.) PROFILE: Educational level: Master Law degree with specialization in competition law Technical skills: Fluent English Behavioral skills: Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Organization and data management competencies. Problem-solving Ability to understand and handle complex legal and compliance issues. Willingness to take initiatives ...
