As part of the Global Transportation, you contribute to drive cost reduction, efficiency and sustainability in transportation management via value-added tools, processes. You support Alstom Sites in getting their parts at the right QDC expectation, looking for inventories/cost optimization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Transformation projects Global Transportation Digital Project - Business requirement specification, participate to solution selection / design, prepare & run deployment worldwide through an efficient change management approach Light Transportation Management System - Market search, Business requirement specification, participate to solution selection / design, prepare & run deployment worldwide through an efficient change management approach Participate to Transportation Core Model Deployment Continuous improvement Monitor tools efficiency & improvements needed, identify deviations and propose/implement action plan . Keep the process & tools up to date in line with the evolution of the department Participate to Technological & Regulatory Watch QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES - Expected Level Cooperative Education Student in master’s degree related to supply chain, logistics, international transportation, business management, or associated discipline Languages : English fluent, French appreciated Availability to support sites outside France and travel outside Europe. Knowledge of SAP, and Office 365 Application is a +( Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Experiences: Goods transportation Import and export procedures and requirements Knowledge of modern principles for efficient transportation management and distribution control Skills : Diplomacy, Pedagogy, Rigour, Agility, ability to push the limits while keeping in mind the Global picture Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
