The area Novo Nordisk Production Site Chartres is an ambitious and business-critical area in the entire production network, with approx. 1700 employees. The Finished Products (FP) production area consists of Vials packaging, FlexTouch® and FlexPen® Assembly and Packaging lines, including Support and Technical teams, and is responsible for producing in high level of quality and releasing finished products every day to our patients worldwide. We focus on always optimising our production processes through cLEAN and modern technology. The position As Vice President for Finished Products, you will report to the Site Chartres Corporate Vice President, and will be part of the site management team, will be based in Chartres, France and will lead an area of approx. 350 employees. You will be responsible for: Setting the strategic direction for the area supporting the overall purpose Ensuring a safe and engaging work environment for all your employees Ensuring assembly and packaging lines are stable and producing with high level of quality and compliance striving for operational excellence to stay competitive Guaranteeing reliable supply to patients Scaling the organisation to accommodate the future growth Implementing and ramping up new production lines according to global standards As a Vice president you will collaborate with the leadership team of Site Chartres, lead your area, and build pipeline for the future while driving performance. In collaboration with relevant stakeholders in our global Sites, you will work to ensure that synergies, a united approach and knowledge and cooperation across FP network are applied and communicated for the benefits of our current and future sites. You will work very closely with areas responsible for supporting production as well as areas responsible for designing future facilities. Qualifications Our ideal candidate possesses: An academic degree within engineering, pharmacy, or other Natural sciences. Ideally 10+ years of experience within pharma or medical device industry. Other industries such as FMCG and/or Chemicals to be considered. Experience in a regulated environment is desirable. 10+ years of proven track record with leading production areas with high level of processes and employee landscape complexity. You are a self-driven and resilient individual with high personal integrity and impeccable values. Excellent communicator with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As a leader you are curious, open, and honest, and you enjoy seeing your team shine and succeed through collaboration. You have a can-do attitude and strategic mindset. You can motivate and inspire teams. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. French is a plus.
