We are looking for a Train Design Engineer to join our Train Design department (Mechanical). As a key player in a project, you will be in contact with a wide range of professions. In order to carry out your mission, you will have to collaborate with different actors of the project in order to : Coordinate and execute Train Design activities in accordance with technical requirements, customer specifications, budgets and schedules, Lead the coordination of the various trades: interior design, cab, body structure, integration of mechanical equipment, Define the architecture of the train sets: seating arrangements, equipment layout, Ensure the resolution of mechanical integration problems, Ensure the follow-up of the studies of the transverse disciplines such as the gauge, the acoustics, the eco-design, the ergonomics, the aerodynamics, etc... Establish validation and certification plans in collaboration with the Validation department, Support the Sourcing, Industrialization and Production teams during the product development phase Ideally you have 3 to 4 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the railway sector. Customer satisfaction and successfully completing a project in accordance with the requirements are motivating factors. Good communicator, sense of priorities and structured are terms that define you. You have good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a matrix, multi-site and international organization. Occasional travel in France and abroad is to be expected.
