ROLE AND DEPARTMENT: We are looking for an Advocacy & Social Commerce Intern to support the Global Advocacy & Social Commerce Manager from the Advocacy team that works with global and local functions across the Consumer Beauty and Prestige Divisions, while reporting into the central digital organization. As “advocacy” resonates as a new buzzword in the organization and more largely in the beauty industry, this position will act on related projects from providing insights and impulsing strategic reflexion to helping execution phase and measuring actions and impact. RESPONSABILITIES: Follow-up on past & coming activations to communicate internally on best cases, results and how to replicate success. Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, from global and local teams, and external partners, from strategic plan implementation to measurement; cultivate and develop productive relationships with them. Take part in the organization of upskilling programs and co-creation workshops. Assist in toolkits and guidelines stewardship. Actively monitor social commerce, advocacy, livestreaming & external cases from competitors in the beauty industry and beyond to identify relevant digital trends. Research into emerging applications and potential technologies to partner with. Oversee and organize administrative functions such as tool access, contact lists, invoicing, POs, expenses, travel, calendars, presentations, archives, etc. PROFILE: Fluent in English and in French. Creative personality and ability to make proposals. Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time. Analytical skills and critical mind to identify insights and learnings. Experience in perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory. Experience in digital and deep understanding of its ecosystem. Energetic with a positive attitude. Keen to learn and develop skills.
