Our opportunity is based in the production site in Chartres, which is undergoing a massive investment of 2.1 billion euros as part of a global program involving other sites worldwide. About The Department You will have a unique opportunity to join the expansion project department to assist in the setup of new production units in terms of the supply chain flow. You will work in the context of new technologies. You will act as a direct manager of a team of 3 people. The position As a Project Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will be divided into 4 pillars: Manage Supply chain Process needs: Define and manage supply demand in collaboration with HQ organization as well as site organization for new project capacity installed; Ensure IT systems update with new capacity and product related to the new capacity; Coordinate within supply chain process implementation of new storage capacity and material flow. Sourcing Strategy: Define, plan, and execute plan for new raw material and production consumables needed for new capacity within the local programme; Develop new agreement in collaboration with site procurement department; Set up new items in systems and run supply process. New product strategy: Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure reliable product transfer plan. Daily Department Management: Ensure the high performance of the team, aligning with the overall mission and strategies of the expansion project department and Novo Nordisk; Manage hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and development of direct reports within the team. Qualifications : You have a Bac+5 (Master or Engineer). You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the supply chain on a production site in the project and international environment. You have at least 2 years of experience in direct management. You have a fluent level of English and French. You are an effective and experienced communicator. You have proven leadership results, and you are an experienced manager. You have a capability to develop and lead high-performing teams, motivating skilled professionals. You have a strong, endurant, and flexible mindset. You are sociable with a positive approach, creating strong stakeholder relations.
