What You'll Do: As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the objectives assigned to the site are met in compliance with current regulations and company policies: Quality, Communication, Ethics, Human Resources, Health Safety and Environment. To this end, he/she organizes and coordinates the activities of all industrial functions present on the site. You will collaborate with a diverse group of passionate people to provide sustainable solutions to advance science and technology. What We're Looking For: Lead the implementation of the company's and the Group's Health, Safety and Environment policy on the site. Ensure that the site maintains a good social climate. Ensure that staff comply with the company's internal regulations. Anticipate and lead organizational changes required for the optimal operation of the entity, in collaboration with the HR Department. Validate and propose to the CEO any organizational changes or personnel movements within the site (hiring, transfers, temporary staff), with the approval of the HR Department for direct reports. Approve the plant's annual training plan and salary increases. Propose master plans for site development (buildings, plant infrastructure and IT networks) to the CEO, and monitor their progress. Validate the plant's annual capital expenditure plan (Anticipated Capital Expenditure). Approve capital expenditure requests submitted by site operating departments within the scope of its authority. Validate the plant's annual operating budget before approval by the CEO. Ensure optimal use of the site's material resources (costs and production capacity). Monitor the development of the company and the Group to determine the site's future challenges. Contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives and verify the implementation of the company's quality policy on site. Facilitate and organize on-site customer visits and promote the exchange of experience. Be attentive to new technical and commercial development requests and encourage their implementation on site. Represent company management on site. Participate in employee representative/management meetings. Maintain a strong relationship with the various Corporate departments of the Operations Division.- Promote the exchange of experience within the network of LZ sites worldwide.- Ensure optimal communication with the various departments of the European Shared Services organization. Represent the CEO in dealings with local authorities and organizations. Represent the company to visitors to the site. Represent the site at all events where the CEO feels the company should be present. Supports the company's approach to the world of education. Approves investment requests made by the site's operational departments, within the limits of the delegations given to him each year by the CEO. Beyond these limits, submits these requests to the CEO for approval. Ce Que Vous Ferez : En tant que Directeur d’usine, vous serez responsable du respect de l’atteinte des objectifs assignés au site dans le respect des réglementations en vigueur et des politiques de l’entreprise : Qualité, Communication, Ethique, Ressources humaines, Hygiène Sécurité et Environnement. A cet effet, il organise et coordonne l’activité de l’ensemble des fonctions industrielles présentes sur le site. Vous collaborerez avec un groupe diversifié de personnes passionnées afin d'apporter des solutions durables pour faire progresser la science et la technologie Ce Que Nous Recherchons : Conduire la mise œuvre sur le site de la politique Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement de l’entreprise et du groupe. Veiller au maintien du bon climat social du site. S'assurer du respect par le personnel du règlement intérieur de l’entreprise. Anticiper et conduire les changements d’organisation nécessaires au fonctionnement optimal de son entité en collaboration avec la DRH. Valider et proposer au PDG tout changement d’organisation ou mouvement de personnel à l’intérieur du site (embauche, mutation, personnel temporaire) avec l’aval de la DRH pour ses collaborateurs directs. Valider le plan de formation annuel et les augmentations salariales de l’usine. Proposer au PDG les schémas directeurs d’aménagement du site (bâtiments, infrastructures usines et réseaux informatiques) et en suivre l’évolution. Valider le plan annuel d’investissement de l’usine (Anticipated Capital Expenditure). Approuver les demandes d’investissements émises par les services opérationnels du site dans la limite de son autorité. Valider le budget de fonctionnement annuel de l’usine avant approbation par le PDG. Veiller à l’utilisation optimale des moyens matériels du site (coûts et capacités de production). Suivre l’évolution de l’entreprise et du groupe afin de déterminer les enjeux futurs du site Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs entreprise et vérifier la mise en pratique sur le site de la politique qualité de l’entreprise. Faciliter et organiser sur site les visites des clients et favoriser l’échange d’expérience Être attentif aux nouvelles demandes de développement technique et commercial et favorise leurs mises en œuvre sur le site. Représenter la direction de l’entreprise sur le site. Participer aux réunions des représentants du personnel / direction. Entretenir une relation forte avec les différents services Corporate de la division Opérations. Favoriser l’échange d’expérience au sein du réseau des sites LZ dans le monde. Assurer une communication optimale avec les différents départements de l’organisation des Services Partagés Européens Représenter le PDG auprès des autorités et organismes locaux. Représenter la société auprès de visiteurs du site. Représenter le site à toutes manifestations où le PDG juge que l’entreprise doit être présente. Soutenir la démarche de l’entreprise vis-à-vis du monde éducatif. Approuver les demandes d’investissements émises par les Services opérationnels du site, dans la limite des délégations qui lui sont données chaque année par le PDG. Au-delà de ces limites, soumet ces demandes à l’approbation du PDG.
