Job Description Our client is seeking a motivated, dynamic and multilingual Inside Sales Associate to join their passionate team in Paris and contribute to the growth of their international client base. They are looking for a person who has a good command of English and a native level of one of the following languages: French or German, to communicate effectively with clients in various countries in EMEA Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries and initiate outbound calls to prospective clients. Acquire knowledge of our client's audiovisual products and services and clearly articulate these to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. Provide pre-sales support by answering product-related queries and guiding customers through the sales process. Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address customer concerns and ensure overall satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications: Fluent in one or more of the following languages: English, French, or German. Preferably experienced in inside sales, especially in the audiovisual industry.
