This hybrid position will be based in Boulogne-Billancourt in our Kartier General. You will be working together with cross-functional teams, regions, and channels across the business. This role reports to our Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a team of 5 people. Whether it is moving to other markets or upwards, your ideas will get visibility across all levels of the organization. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Set the Pace - You’ll lead ongoing Works Council partnership and associated activities that means preparing, managing and co-leading meetings related to the employee relations agenda. Strategic Partnership - Ensuring strong collaboration with various stakeholders across all associated Employee Relation activities and maintaining strong partnerships with the European Employee Relations COE and external partners will be important. Risk Assessment – You’ll proactively manage and advise Leaders like HR Teams on various social law issues based on the situation and associated risk analysis. Fresh Thinking – You’ll be the one in charge to keep up to date with local trends, new legislation, European HR initiatives requiring negotiation, and develop consultation plans and strategies. Collaboration is Key - Maintaining a calm and controlled social dialogue is a key of successful employee relations. Policy Compliance Oversight - Managing agreements and policies to ensure compliance and updating as required. Continuous Improvement - Bringing a continuous improvement mindset and approach to advance the organisation strategy and people agenda. We’re Looking for Someone With Extensive experience leading Employee, social relations, specialising in social and Labour Law within an FMCG or comparable Industry. Excellent working knowledge of French Labour Law, Works Councils and Employee Relations best practice. Prior experience in Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partnering roles. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence, communicate with impact, and manage stakeholders across various levels . Fluency in French and English.
