CDI - Délégué Pharma/Dentaire Annecy H/F Envie de travailler sur des marques fortes comme Colgate, Meridol et Elmex dans un environnement international ? Le savais-tu ? 1 dentifrice sur 2 vendus dans le monde est un dentifrice Colgate ! Mais Colgate ne vend pas que du dentifrice (et oui !) En pharmacie, tu travailleras principalement sur les marques Oral Care : Elmex, Meridol & Colgate ! REJOINS-NOUS ! Après avoir acquis une solide expérience sur le terrain en tant que Délégué(e) Pharmaceutique, des perspectives pourront s'ouvrir à toi afin d'évoluer sur des postes commerciaux (Compte clé, Category Manager) te permettant ainsi d'appréhender pleinement les métiers de la grande distribution. Tes missions Tu seras chargé.e de développer les marques Colgate,Elmex et Meridol, en assurant la croissance en sell in et sell out sur ton secteur via la couverture des Pharmacies/Parapharmacies et la recommandation auprès des Dentistes. En pharmacie/parapharmacie : Auprès d’un parc de pharmacies, parapharmacies et hyper corners, tu seras amené(e) à assurer et à optimiser la mise en avant commerciale et marketing des marques Elmex et Meridol : Vendre en volume et Distribution (“sell in”), Aider à la revente via l’activation des 5P (“sell out”), Assurer le suivi commercial de son secteur et remonter les informations : reporting, veille concurrentielle… En dentaire : Auprès d’une cible de cabinets dentaires / centres de soins dentaires publics et privés, tu devras : Développer un partenariat et maintenir une relation forte avec les professionnels dentaires. Organiser des visites et des formations de groupe dans les cabinets dentaires. Délivrer des messages produits en utilisant le matériel de communication fourni en appliquant la méthodologie Triple Win. Programmer et assurer des sessions de formation produits en cabinets dentaires. Construire et mettre à jour quotidiennement la base de données CRM. Ton profil Tu as une ou plusieurs expériences (stages compris) sur des fonctions commerciales ou Marketing, Tu as envie d’acquérir des compétences opérationnelles, Tu es motivé.e pour intégrer une entreprise dynamique et internationale, Tu maîtrises l’anglais et tu es en capacité d’échanger aisément dans le cadre professionnel Tu maîtrises Excel et les incontournables de l’outil.
