Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or changes to travel plans promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories. Process payments and ensure all booking details are accurate and confirmed. Requirements: Must be 18+ years of age. Must reside and have work authorization in the specified country. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests. Proficient in using travel booking software and online travel tools. Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations. Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed commission-based targets.
