We are seeking an experienced, highly talented, self-motivated and dynamic Alliances Director willing to make an impact in the recruitment, management of and liaison with Systems Integrators and Major Implementation organisations in France. Your role will involve the development of a comprehensive network of partners working alongside our in-region colleagues aligned with the area business strategy. Key aspects of the role will include: Identification and recruitment of relevant organizations into an appropriate partnership relationship Ensuring the appropriate enablement of the relevant personnel Identification of appropriate sectors of activity and opportunities Lead and opportunity management Lead and assist with execution of sales campaign strategies in accordance with the above Ongoing liaison, expansion and improvement of partnership relationships Liaison and collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and Partner Operations Manager in pursuit of above Experience required: Proven experience in a similar business development environment, Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Proven ability to recruit, develop, retain and inspire high-performance partner relationships and sales. Experience of direct and indirect sales channels. Demonstrable track record of selling to large enterprises as well as developing strategies to sell to mid-market organisations. Proven ability to initiate and develop productive Business Partner relationships, including experience of working with the local operations of global Consulting and Systems Integration companies. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent English and French language skills. Knowledge of BI, CPM and/or Analytics solutions would be an advantage.
