About the Team The Workday Change Management team is passionate about helping our customers prepare their users to successfully adopt Workday. In short, change management is the "people side" of our deployments. We are often remote from one another but that doesn't stop our sense of collaboration, supportiveness and fun! We're a diverse, fun group of people, with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds, located across multiple locations within the region.The Senior Change Management Consultant serves as a work stream lead on customer engagements and contributes internally to practice development. Key customer activities will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for the work stream and being a great partner to your direct customer counterpart, as well as project leadership and executives within the customer organizationOwning and leading change-related activities including, but not limited to, stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, communications planning, training planning, readiness assessment, and adoption measurementHands-on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition to Workday for key end-usersMaintaining the change management project plan tasks and providing mentorship to the customer on how these activities are impacted by functional achievements within the Workday methodology Internal contributions will include: Supporting ongoing innovation of the service offering and change management practice through contribution to team Objectives and Key Results (OKRS)Participate in business development activities including estimating, drafting RFP responses, presenting our service to prospective customer leadership, and drafting SOW languageLend expertise to ad-hoc internal initiatives where change management insight is required About You Basic Qualifications Languages: French and English 5 years experience in Change Management on large transformation programmes5 years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company5 years experience implementing or supporting HCM ERP productsAbility to travel up to 50% Other Qualifications Ability to guide customer in strategic conversations and provide tactical, day-to-day supportThrive delivering a thoughtful, consultative approach to change management that results in outstanding experiences for our customersExperienced in leading others through changes to the way they work and how they interact with enterprise technology (strong preference for Workday-related experience)Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer-facing environmentExisting Workday Certification or ability to achieve certification with first 90 days of employment Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
