Assist with the installation and maintenance of all IT products and services for the on-site Hospitality Team to ensure the smooth running of the client programme during the Event.We will have roles starting throughout 2024. These will be contract roles until Aug/Sept 2024.Key Responsibilities: Work with the IT Manager and on-site Hospitality Team to install and maintain private internet lines within hotels and programme venues as appropriateWork with IT Manager to problem solve any day to day issues with IT equipment and services on-site in a proactive and positive manner Work with Hospitality Team to ensure guest tracking process is fully operational at all timesDevelop a clear understanding of the daily programme schedule and content of the eventOrganisation of team radios This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.Skills, Knowledge, Expertise: Fluent in English and FrenchExperience of IT installations and maintenanceAbility to prioritise a demanding workloadFlexible – ability to adapt schedules according to changeAbility to work in a calm, professional manner especially during times of stressStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to build close working relationshipsBe fully briefed & immaculately presented whenever on dutyEffective problem solver Attributes: High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environmentFlexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoingWilling to roll sleeves up and get involvedPassionate about sport, hospitality and deliveryAble to work in a calm, kind and professional manner in a pressured environmentAbility to prioritise a demanding workload
