One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimizing processes and installing automation.As a Transition Manager you will be developing transition plans in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks will include: Cordinating all tasks related to a smooth transition, such as timelines, resources and milestones Creating transition plans Being responsible for transfers of service and processes for the clients Managing the change process Being responsible for the project planning and coordination Cooperating with the internal and external stakeholders Risk Management Reporting and preparing documentation Analysing KPIs Conducting audits and assessments Conducting post-transition reviews To be a good fit for the Transition Manager, you will have: Degree in Business, Project Management or in a related specialization Solid experience as a Transition Manager in customer facing environment Previous work experience with Project Management Ability to work with various stakeholders Knowledge of the Change Management methodologies and principles Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Fluent English and French Keys to success: Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Focused on quality and customer satisfaction Our Client offers: B2B or employment contract Interesting projects Agile environment Hybrid work- 3 days in Lyon Woriking directly with the end client Sounds interesting?
