About the Role Here at Workday, our Adaptive Planning Account Executives are key players in our Field Sales organization. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Workday's new customer growth. This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise performance management cloud.In this role, you will:* Develop and drive the strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives and builds & maintain long-term relationships with Large Enterprise customers* Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners with a focus on FP&A professionals and the broader office of the CFO* Work with the marketing, Corporate Sales Development, Solutions Consultant and Net New AE teams to identify and win Workday Adaptive Planning opportunities* Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect sales activities, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce About You If you have a stellar sales track record, are a self-starter, love working in a multifaceted environment and want to have FUN then Workday is the place for you.
