We are looking for highly motivated people that will want to help others book travel and other trips they may want to go on. As a Vacation & Destination Coordinator, you will also be given exclusive discounts and travel perks. You will earn Commission on your own travel bookings! Our agents work in many different time zones across the world. You are working from home so this allows you to have a flexible work schedule. You're working in an environment that allows you to stay focused on your sales while providing world class service. We work with hundreds of suppliers including the biggest names in the industry. You will be provided with daily online training, specialized certifications, and travel perks. This will be a great opportunity for you to be able to learn more about traveling and how to be able to obtain sales. You can do all this while still being able to travel yourself, and do the things you want to do! Responsibilities: Prepare, plan, execute your travel sales (including by not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, etc.) Stay informed with the latest travel & leisure deals, destination updates, and supplier/vendor training Stay plugged into our weekly training opportunities so you are maximizing top sales and potential through all booking requests Facilitate payment plans to accommodate your clients’ vacation package needs Provide exceptional customer service to clients Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors Work well in a group/team setting Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files Complete required certifications within a timely manner Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners Job Types: Part-Time Full-Time Create your own schedule Experience: Customer Service preferred Sales experience preferred Internet Savvy High school diploma or equivalent Work Location: Work from home Benefits: Competitive pay structure Flexible schedule Work from home Travel perks Requirements: Must have a smartphone Laptop or desktop computer Reliable internet connection Must be 18+ years of age Must be teachable and willing to learn Skills: Time management Computer and Internet knowledge Verbal Communication in English Motivation Self Discipline Leadership Powered by JazzHR
