We are sharp, digitally focused and dynamic. The Team The Global Mobility Department of Lexidy France deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions. From French nationality issues, passing through the right of foreigner's to stay in France or even dealing with the European Internal Market. Accountabilities Working closely with France Lexidy and other departments to support daily business operations Conducting the first meetings with lead and bringing new clients while contributing to the development of the office Assisting our clients (companies and individuals ) through their global mobility journey Organizing and tracking client cases and files and maintaining information on relevant expiry dates (visa deadlines, sponsor license renewals, etc.); Managing relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinate all necessary appointments Carrying out the legal and administrative task related to the department Training of the junior team members Studying and researching on Immigration and Labour Law linked to Global mobility processes Drafting legal appeals Assisting in court procedures Solving day-to-day queries What's in it for you? Let’s get the job done! Passion, energy, and commitment Fluent in English and French (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus Excited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation and innovation A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues.
